Internet services at the FTRI home office are not operational at this time. We are working to get services back online, but currently RDC and customer support services are limited. The EDP team will be making callbacks from our analog phone test line and personal phones throughout the day. Calls will be returned within 48 hours (Monday to Friday). Unfortunately, we are unable to ship any equipment or issue return tickets through UPS. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Free Amplified Phones Available at this Event!

Visit the FTRI exhibit booth and see our display of amplified phone equipment available to qualified Florida residents. During the event FTRI staff will distribute phones, and provide training on them. Bring your Florida ID, and your hearing aids and cell phone if you have them.
